Yes, a limited number of wheelchairs are available for guests at no cost. A valid driver’s license or state-issued ID is required and will be held at the help desk on the second floor for the duration of use.
Yes, accessible restrooms are available throughout the venue for your convenience.
Yes, service dogs and miniature horses that are specially trained to perform tasks related to a guest’s disability are welcome. Documentation may be required. Please note that you may be required to remove your dog or miniature horse if it is out of control, nor housebroken.
Yes, amplified sounds, strobe lighting, and fog will be used during F1 X and F1 DRIVE, which may affect customers with photosensitive epilepsy or other disabilities.

Grand Prix Plaza will open to the public on March 29, 2025.
F1 X: Open to guests aged 6 and up. Children under 6 are welcome to attend for free, though they may not be able to fully enjoy all the exhibition features.
F1 DRIVE: Available for guests aged 12 and up, with a minimum height of 58 inches (4.8 feet) for participation. Closed toe shoes are mandatory.
F1 SIMS: Available for guests aged 12 and up, with a minimum height requirement of 48 inches (4 feet), and maximum weight of 300lbs.
A Paddock Pass is your all-access key to a fully personalized F1 adventure exclusively for F1 X. Design your own avatar, build your dream team with custom colors, logos, and a unique name, and dive into exclusive interactive challenges.
If you’re running late, entry will be subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate you with a rebooking, if possible. However, please note that refunds are not available.
No, you do not need a ticket to access the building. Without a ticket your are welcome to visit the retail space, eatery and viewing areas.
Yes, merchandise will be available to purchase at the F1 Flagship store within F1 Hub, located on the second level of the Grand Prix Plaza.
Yes, we encourage you to take photos and tag the Grand Prix Plaza on your social media accounts! Handheld cameras, including DSLRs, are allowed. Please be mindful of other visitors and avoid disturbing them while taking pictures. Tripods and professional accessories are not permitted.
No, Grand Prix Plaza is cashless.
All experiences are indoors, except for F1 DRIVE, which begins inside and leads onto an outdoor track. For safety reasons, F1 DRIVE will be temporarily closed in case of rain or other adverse weather conditions.
Yes, there is air conditioning throughout the building.
There is no formal dress code, but we advise customers to dress comfortably. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. To participate in F1 DRIVE, closed-toe shoes are required.
If you misplace something within the Grand Prix Plaza, please alert a member of staff and they will try to help you retrieve your belongings. If you have left the exhibition and need to contact the onsite team, please do so by emailing [email protected].
Yes, small personal bags (ie. waist bags/fanny packs) or small purses are allowed. However, large bags, backpacks or luggage are not permitted. Note: Diaper bags are permitted.
Wi-Fi is available within F1 HUB.
There is no coat check, but limited storage for small personal belongings is available on a first-come, first-served basis. F1 DRIVE ticket holders also have access to small lockers for personal items.
Yes, Fuel & Fork within F1 HUB will be open, serving elevated-yet-approachable dishes like pizza, burgers, entrées and desserts as well as cocktails and premium beverages.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue. If you have a disability or medical condition requiring dietary accommodations, please contact us in advance.
Food and drinks purchased at the event must stay within F1 HUB and cannot be taken into F1 Experiences. Glassware must remain in the Fuel & Fork area—if you wish to leave with your drink, it will be transferred to a plastic cup.
F1 DRIVE requires a minimum height of 58 inches and is available for ages 12 and up. Baby strollers are allowed on the property. However, F1 X has a capacity limit and may have additional restrictions. F1 X is recommended for ages 6 and up. Please note, these policies are subject to change at the discretion of the venue.

Yes, there will be a security check, including bag inspections and metal detectors. Firearms are not allowed.

The experience is recommended for ages 6 and up. Children under 6 are welcome and can enter for free, but they may not be able to fully experience the exhibition.
Yes, you’ll have plenty of time to explore F1 X during the last time slot of the day. The experience typically takes between 45 to 75 minutes. Please note, entry into the exhibition closes 15 minutes after the final time slot begins.

F1 Drive
F1 DRIVE karts reach speeds of up to 30 MPH.
No, a driver’s license is not required, but age and height restrictions apply. Our staff is happy to provide tips if it’s your first time racing.
Racers must be at least 12 years old and 58 inches (4.8 feet) tall to participate. Closed toe shoes are mandatory.
Yes, but you must remove your glasses first for a proper fit. Once the helmet is secure, you can slide them back through the visor gap. Reactive and tinted lenses are not allowed for safety reasons.
We strive to make F1 DRIVE fully accessible. However, we advise against karting if you have medical conditions that could be affected by physical exertion. If a condition prevents you from obtaining a driver’s license, it may also impact your ability to participate. For guests with hearing impairments, the safety briefing video includes subtitles, but not all in-race audio does. Please contact our team at [email protected] before your visit so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
No, all karts are single-seat only.
Yes, you can wear your own helmet, as long as it is a full-face helmet that meets DOT standards. A clear visor is recommended for better visibility on the track. If you’re unsure, our staff can inspect it for you. You’re also welcome to wear your own balaclava and race suit, if you have one. The suit must cover your legs, chest, and arms, just like the race wear provided to our other guests. Please note, all outside helmets are subject to a safety inspection by our staff.
We advise customers to please dress comfortably. Note, F1 DRIVE requires closed toe shoes to participate as well as long hair to be tied back.
