Fuel & Fork to Host First Watch Party for Miami Grand Prix May 4

Grand Prix Plaza – home to the cutting-edge Las Vegas Grand Prix Pit Building and the world’s largest Formula 1® attraction – will debut F1® HUB on May 2. Opening alongside F1® DRIVE and F1® X, the immersive fan hub features Fuel & Fork restaurant, F1® SIMS’ state-of-the-art racing simulators, the largest official Formula 1 store in the U.S., and F1 HUB Lounge. No ticket is required to access F1® HUB.

“F1® HUB is the ultimate fan zone, created to bring the excitement of Formula 1 to life every day of the week,” said Emily Prazer, President and CEO of Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. and Chief Commercial Officer for Formula 1. “From advanced racing simulators and the country’s largest flagship official F1 store to the Fuel & Fork culinary destination and exclusive watch parties, F1® HUB offers a dynamic way for fans to connect with the sport’s global energy from right here in Las Vegas. Short of attending a race in person, there’s no better place to experience the thrill of F1.”

F1® HUB is the launchpad for an unforgettable Formula 1 experience. Highlights include:

  • Fuel & Fork: Guests can refuel at F1® HUB’s sleek dining destination, Fuel & Fork, serving crave-worthy comfort food with an elevated twist, from pizzas and sliders to handmade pastas and decadent desserts. Signature standouts include the Slow-Braised Short Rib Bucatini, Truffle Smash Burger, Spicy Pig Pizza and Caviar Sliders. Cocktails and premium beverages will flow as legendary race moments play on large-format screens that keep the adrenaline high. Fuel & Fork will open daily for lunch and dinner. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be made here.
    Fuel & Fork will be the ultimate destination to catch F1 races throughout the season, live or on replay. Celebrate Grand Opening Weekend with the first watch party on Sunday, May 4 at noon for the Miami Grand Prix, featuring a live stream of the race and Las Vegas Grand Prix ticket and merch giveaways. It’s the perfect way to toast the debut of Fuel & Fork and take in the thrills of race day in style. Reservations will be required and can be made here.
  • F1® SIMS: Guests can experience the power and precision of Formula 1 with state-of-the-art racing simulators developed in collaboration with leading F1 experts. Each simulator combines advanced motion technology with immersive audio-visual effects, delivering a true-to-life racing experience that puts fans in the driver’s seat.

    Minimum height 48 inches; F1® SIMS are now available for booking here. Locals pricing is available with valid ID.

  • Flagship F1 Store: Designed to emulate an F1 garage, the store offers the largest selection of official Formula 1 merchandise in the U.S. The space will feature exclusive Las Vegas Grand Prix collectibles, customizable gear, and a life-sized replica of the Ferrari F138, famously driven by two-time World Champion Fernando Alonso.

    Locals receive a 10% discount on merchandise. 

  • F1 HUB Lounge: F1 HUB Lounge is a stylish space where guests can sip F1-inspired cocktails such as the Lap Leader and Overtake Old Fashioned, watch Formula 1 content on surrounding screens, and browse official merchandise in a relaxed atmosphere.

F1® HUB is one of three immersive venues opening within Grand Prix Plaza on May 2. The others include:

  • F1® DRIVE, the first official F1® karting attraction offering guests the chance to race on part of the Las Vegas Strip Circuit® grid.
  • F1® X, a 20,000-square-foot interactive attraction featuring legendary F1 cars, exclusive memorabilia, and high-tech experiences that let fans design and race their own cars, master race-day strategy and step into the thrills of Formula 1.

Grand Prix Plaza will open Sunday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday. Flexible event spaces with access to these attractions are available across the building’s three levels and rooftop, including three new private event spaces – Turn 1 Lounge, Cool Down Room and GPP Garage – that will be available to rent year-round.

The attraction will close for the season in early fall to prepare for the Las Vegas Grand Prix, with a future reopening date to be announced.
